Brandy brings over 25 years as a top-performing sales professional, with a career rooted in private banking and trusted relationship management for high-profile clients. Known for her discretion, precision and ability to anticipate needs, Brandy consistently delivered white-glove service while exceeding expectations.

With deep expertise in fundraising, event planning, and strategic execution, Brandy founded One Exception Consulting to provide 

a flexible, one-stop concierge solution... helping accomplished professionals reclaim time and focus on what matters most.

Angie Hisel is our Vice President of Operations. 

Angie is a natural relationship-builder who thrives on asking the right questions and finding smarter, more impactful ways to serve a mission. As the organizer of the team, she is the driving force that keeps initiatives focused, timelines aligned, and goals moving forward.

With over 20 years of event planning and fundraising experience, Angie has worked closely with professional individuals, large corporations, small businesses, and individual donors... bringing people together around shared purpose and lasting impact. 

Angie is fueled by curiosity, continuous growth, and a deep commitment to doing meaningful work that truly 

makes a difference.

Tonya Peege is our Client Experience Manager. 

Tonya brings the sparkle to One Exception Consulting. Known for her bubbly, engaging personality and exceptional attention to detail, Tonya is a true people-person who makes every client feel seen, heard, and supported.

 With a strong background in the sales and the service industry, she understands how to anticipate needs and deliver an elevated experience from start to finish.

Tonya consistently goes above and beyond for our clients, bringing an infectious energy and enthusiasm that clients genuinely love. She believes details matter and that executing at 100% is the expectation, not the exception. Her commitment to excellence, paired with her positive spirit, makes her an invaluable part of the One Exception team.

Zoe Bohannon is our Communications Intern. 

Zoe is a valued member of the One Exception Consulting team, bringing creativity, precision, and a strong communications skill set to everything she does. A James Scholar at the University of Illinois, Zoe is majoring in English with a minor in Business…an ideal blend for storytelling with strategy.

At One Exception Consulting, communications are at the heart of our work. Zoe supports client relations, social media, press releases, and event planning, ensuring every message is thoughtful, polished, and on brand. Her attention to detail and passion for clear, compelling communication make her an incredible asset to our team.
